🧴 1. Choose the Right Shampoo

  •  Use a mild and sulfate-free shampoo made for your hair type like dry, oily, or dandruff-prone.
  • Shampoo your hair two to three times per week. Doing that prevents stripping of natural oils, and it is not often a daily task.

💆 2. Condition Regularly

  • Conditioner must be applied after you use shampoo. It helps restore moisture.
  • Concentrate upon portions of medium length to the very end. Avoid the scalp.
  • Once every week, use either a hair mask or deep conditioner.

🥥 3. Oil Your Hair

  • Use such natural oils as coconut, almond, or argan oil for 1–2 times each week.
  • Prior to washing, let the item sit for 30 minutes or leave it overnight.

✂️ 4. Trim Your Hair

  • So as to be able to remove split ends, trim off a bit from your hair at every 6–8 weeks. This promotes growth too.

🚿 5. Use Cold or Lukewarm Water

  • People should avoid hot water. It may deplete hair moisture.
  • Use cold water to rinse your hair sealing cuticles adding shine.
  • Blow dryers and straighteners and curling irons need but minimal use.
  • In styling, a heat protectant spray must be used always by you from now on.

🥗 6. Eat a Healthy Diet

  • To get strong hair, include protein with iron, omega-3s, also vitamins (like Biotin).
  • Be sure to hydrate both your scalp and also your hair by your drinking of plenty of water.
  • Give these a try at least once for each week.

🌿 7. Use Natural

  • Honey Mask with Banana for frizz-free soft hair
  • For soothing of the scalp and for creating shine, Aloe Vera and Yogurt both are great.
  • Olive oil along with Egg is for that deep conditioning through use of protein.
